The EO-Support, web based system interfacing the EOHelp Team, allows you to submit, access and monitor your service requests, service anomalies, suggestions and complaints.
The service requests submitted via the EO-Support system will be handled with higher priority with respect to the ones sent by e-mail.
The EO-Support system requires a completed registration to the ESA Earth Observation centralised Single Sign-On (EO-SSO) system. Please, register to the EO-SSO if not done already.
